BODYPUMP
Based on a formula called THE REP EFFECT™ which utilizes time under tension and fatigue to generate muscular adaptation. This fusion of science-back moves, motivating instructors and music will help you achieve more than you would on your own.
Bone Builders
Helps to build strong bones, increase core strength, improve posture & flexibility. Includes both standing and sitting exercises.
Gentle Senior Express
Are you new to fitness or coming back to fitness? By combining cardiovascular and resistance, this class will help prepare you for daily activities. Most exercises are done seated.
Sit & Strength
Strengthen your body with weights and bands while seated. This class offers a great way to help your body without the impact on your joints.
